Once we're aware we'll let you know what level to select on page 2 of the checkout process. Level 1 - 7 itemizes the cost associated with the specific repair per our conversation (or text thread). Text is always best because any photos can be easily added.

We don’t install artificial turf unless the installation portion is part of the repair process.
Yep. We are here for cleaning and repair(s) only. You can schedule a visit anytime for the cleaning portion of the turf if it’s already installed online during any open day and time block on the calendar. Any repairs need to be discussed first and then separately quoted. There have been instances where we install turf but only in a setting where the turf is destroyed, (unrepairable) and needs to be replaced.
No. What happens is once you schedule before 5pm the day before, you will receive a text from us the day before shortening our arrival window to within one (1) hour.

Everything has a lifespan, some times full turf replacement is needed and in those instances as long as it’s part of a repair we can provide assistance meaning we will repair the substrate as needed and install new artificial grass. As long as you or your contractor installed high quality artificial grass it will have a long lifespan and will be something that can be repaired as needed..
Probably not. Possibly. But, it really depends. Sometimes yes very close to new but it depends on the quality of turf, quality of installation, age and what kind of traffic it's exposed to.
Yep. On the cleaning side only. Returning customers will receive a 10% discount on future cleaning service(s) going forward if they set up an account on their initial scheduled visit. The discount will be applied automatically when they log into their account to schedule any return visit.

Yes. We just need to connect via text first to understand what needs to be done. After which we'll provide a quote pertaiing to what "level" to select on page 2 of the checkout process. If we are just doing a repair service you woudl need to select "turf repair service call" ($95) on page 1 and then the mentioned level (1-7) on page 2, any specific notes, pick a day that is open on the calendar and we'll be there.
We service the city of Chicago (obvious!) but also the greater Illinois region, parts of Indiana and Michigan as we base out of Chicago, IL and Hammond, IN. Scheduling gets a little more challenging outside Chicago but with a little planning typically we can get your repair or cleaning needs met.
